Perfect quality control:

1, Raw material: we will check the chemistry property after receiving the raw material
2, The production: We will confirm all work instruction before starting production, and continue working after confirming the last process' production status. The first sample will be checked much carefully.
3, We will inspect products again after finishing the production, include dimensions, surface treatment and others.
Good delivery time:
For sand casting, lost wax casting, centrifugal casting, the toolings and samples' production time of the 20-25 days,
For forging, the toolings and samples' production time of the 30-35 days.
Small volume trail order:
In the early stages of new products' development, we can provide small volume trail order for your to check the design, quality and others.
